Weekly Update (1/30/12-2/5/12)

UPCOMING EVENTS: 1/30/12- 2/5/12
1. Liaison Meeting: Just a reminder, our monthly Liaison meeting will be THIS FRIDAY (February 3, 2012) from 5:30PM-7:00PM at the San Jose Office. Please be sure to email all your forms to Denise by Friday.

2. OCC Supplies: If your club has been collecting supplies for the December/January OCC drive, please bring them to the Liaison meeting on Friday.

3. Ken-Ya Dance Tickets: If you or your club members are interested in buying tickets for Ken-Ya Dance on Saturday February 18th from 4:30-7:30pm, tickets will be available for pick up at the Liaison meeting on Friday (February 3, 2012). Ken-Ya Dance is a charity dance show case event featuring dance crews from the respective local areas and MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew (IAMME). Tickets will be $20. Email rcyouthfundraising@gmail.com with a count of how many students will be attending from your school.

4. Valentine Card Making Event: Want to thank those amazing adult volunteers for taking the time to help volunteer? Come to one of our the Valentine's Card Making Sessions on Sunday February 5, 2012. The times for the two sessions are as follows: Shift One (9:00AM-11:00AM) and Shift Two (11:00AM-1:00PM). Volunteers must sign up for the event on the form found under the "Current Event Sign Up" tab.
