The Youth Executive Board (commonly called E-board) consists of high school students from around the county who plan projects and implement programs that serve the needs of the community through service, education, and leadership.
E-board application for 2014-2015 will be available during early spring 2014. If you have any questions about being a part of E-board, please contact Logan Ferlito by email at YouthServicesSVC@redcross.org.

Currently, I am a senior at Milpitas High School, and I have been involved in Red Cross since my freshman year of high school. Aside from Red Cross, I am involved with DECA and Girl Scouts. Aloha! My name is Miki Rai, and I am one of the Co-Chair's for this year. I am currently a junior at Monta Vista High School, where I am the Vice-President of the Monta Vista Red Cross Club. As the Co-Chair, I also have the honor of serving on the Board of Directors to voice for the youth. Outside of the Red Cross, I am involved in the entertainment industry as both a model and actress. Hello! I'm Vanessa, the publicity/ marketing coordinator for this year! I'm currently a junior at Monta Vista high school. As publicity/marketing coordinator, I help to spread the word about upcoming events through social media and designing flyers/promotional materials. Outside of Red Cross, I'm also involved in a few other clubs and activities, but I'm mainly interested in art and graphic design. I am currently a senior at Harker and I have been involved with the Red Cross since my sophomore year. As coordinator, I educate the community on how to prepare for disasters through community disaster education(CDE) workshops, health fairs ,and other events with the help of our youth volunteers. Besides volunteering at the Red Cross, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and playing soccer.

I've been volunteering with the Red Cross since sixth grade, and have been a part of eBoard since ninth grade. As a fundraising coordinator, I organize chapter fundraisers, restaurant fundraisers, Christmas gift wrapping, Red Cross apparel sales, and help out with school fundraisers. Hi everyone! My name is Lawrence Cheng, and I am one of the Health and Safety Coordinators this year! I am a junior at Lynbrook High School, and I have been involved with Red Cross since my sophomore year. As a BAT (Basic Aid Training) Coordinator, I help to train high school students to become instructors for skills such as CPR and AED. Outside of Red Cross, I am actively involved in Science Club and FBLA within my school. I also play bass trombone in Lynbrook's Wind Ensemble.

My passion for volunteering began when I joined Milpitas High School's American Red Cross club my sophomore year, and has been going strong now that I am a senior and Co-President of my school’s club. I’m excited to spend my last year of high school as a Basic Aid Training (BAT) Coordinator, where I train middle/high schoolers on CPR basics and water/poison/fire safety, and have BAT trainers teach these skills to boy/girl scouts. As for my hobbies outside of school and Red Cross, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, and traveling.
